S.W.A.T.: Get a great all around hard core strength workout as one of Jo’s S.W.A.T. team members. This could stand for many things but Jo prefers Stop Whining And Train! A must try for anyone who is serious about working out!

Muscle Mix: No bulking up with heavy weights here just toning utilizing hand weights, body bars, resistant bands, stability balls and more! Each workout is different and designed for results!

Interval Impact: This class will take you through a series of cardio and strength training exercises with relatively brief rest intervals in between. Keep your heart rate elevated near the aerobic level without dropping off to ensure fast, dramatic fitness results.

Bootcamp: High intensity, fast-paced circuit training that changes every week with Diane that will improve your muscle strength and endurance while burning fat.
