Chaos is an effective blend of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Metabolic Resistance Training

    Born in the Navy SEAL’s, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.


    Utilizes heavy bags, speed bags, gloves, jump ropes and more in this high intense workout. Relieve stress, builds cardio endurance, tones muscles and more in this full body intense workout.

4 classes per month – Includes gym membership and group x classes: $99.00

8 classes per month – includes full membership and group x classes: $139.00

Unlimited classes – Includes gym membership and group x classes and mind and body classes: $179.00

Classes are limited to 10 people to keep quality of training at the highest level
