Norwell Athletic Club uses HEALTH CLUB SYSTEMS to process all of our monthly dues from our members. If your payment method has changed please correct this immediately in order to bypass the $20.00 late payment fee. If your credit card has changed due to fraud or an expiration date update we need to get this information from you by the 20th of the month to process your next month dues which are charged on the 1st day of the month.

Introduction to the Member Portal

 What is the Member Portal?

  • This is a secure online account that club members can create through Health Club Systems and is tied to their membership.
  • It is accessed through www.healthclubsystems.com/member_new/member_login. There is also an App for Apple and Android. If the access the website from their mobile device they will be directed to download the App.

  • From here members will sign in, or create a new account.  Signing in is self explanatory.
  • Your membership ID is your scan card number.
  • All Fields are required. If the member doesn’t have that info how will they get it?
    • They can ask their club
    • They can find the information on their contract.
    • They can contact Member Service for that info.

What can the member do with their Member Portal?

  • Review their club usage
  • Update their personal information – i.e address, phone, email, etc.
  • Update their drafting information
  • Make a Payment Online
  • Additional features may become available in the future.
